Where do client payments go?

Payments go directly to your Stripe account, we never hold your money. FitCard takes a small transaction fee (2.5 to 5% depending on plan). You get paid as soon as the client completes checkout.

Can I use my own domain?

Pro and Elite plans support custom domains (e.g. book.yoursite.com). Starter plan uses your personal subdomain: yourname.fitcard.co, which already looks clean and professional.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel anytime from your dashboard, one click, no phone call, no guilt trip. Your card stays live until the end of your billing period. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Do my clients need to download an app?

No. Your card is a web app that works in any browser. Clients can optionally add it to their home screen for quick access, but there's nothing to install from an app store.

Can I manage multiple session types?

Yes. Starter plan supports up to 3 session types (e.g. 1-on-1, Group, Online). Pro and Elite plans give you unlimited session types with different durations, prices and locations.
